Is your child interested in getting fit? We invite kids ages 12-18 to join our CrossFit Unloaded classes. You can find details about our Unloaded workouts towards the top of this page. Unloaded class times are M, W, F at 7:00am, 12:00pm, 3:45pm and 5:45pm. Please contact us if your child would like to join us.
CROSSFIT KIDS
Unloaded workouts incorporate a variety of bodyweight movements along with kettlebells, medicine balls, pull up bars, gymnastics rings, plyometric boxes and unloaded barbells. Classes are lead by CrossFit certified instructors and are designed to be high intensity workouts focusing on cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Instructors will begin class with Crossover Symmetry (shoulder PT), then move into a warm up, skill work and a workout followed by a cool down and some mobility. Athletes can choose to use this program as their intro to CrossFit and then move into a full CrossFit membership or stay in the Unloaded program as long as they want.

Movement & Mobility: Developing Resilience & Agility
This class is a non-traditional approach to yoga, focusing on functional strength, injury prevention and accelerated recovery. It is open to anyone, not only members of Telluride CrossFit. Your first class is always free.
Join coaches Cassandra and Nick to work on your flexibility. Especially as we age, we need to make mobility as big a priority as strength and conditioning.
Classes are currently offered Monday and Wednesday 10-11am, Tuesday and Thursday 8-9am. If there is a time you would like to see this class offered, please send us an email with your request.
CrossFit and Unloaded monthly members may add unlimited mobility classes for an additional $45 each month.
Anyone can purchase a 10 punch pass for $120 or a single class for $15.
